A little help. A lot clearer.

Guides for your calendar, bookings, team, and membership.

Getting started

Set up your first booking link

  1. Sign up with email and password or Google. Confirm your email if asked.
  2. Open Settings and set your name, company, and booking address.
  3. Connect Google Calendar in Settings → Connections, choose calendars to check for conflicts, and choose the calendar for new meetings.
  4. Set your weekly Availability, then create an Event type.
  5. Activate membership before accepting live bookings. Copy your event link and open it in a signed-out browser to check the guest experience.
Google Calendar

Connect Google and choose your calendars

  1. Google sign-in and Google Calendar access are separate. Signing in with Google alone does not connect your calendar.
  2. In Settings → Connections choose Connect Google Calendar. Select your Gmail or Google Workspace account and review Google’s permissions.
  3. Choose the calendars whose busy times should block booking slots and the destination calendar for new meetings.
  4. Save the selections. If you change your Google password or revoke access, reconnect when prompted.
  5. Meetsy syncs Google Calendar events; it does not read your Gmail inbox. Calendar invitations may arrive in Gmail.
Scheduling

One-on-one or group: choose the right event type

  1. Go to Event types → Create event. Choose One-on-one for a private meeting or Group for multiple guests attending the same session.
  2. Set a title, description, duration, location, and booking-link address.
  3. For a group event, set the maximum number of guests. Each guest books their own place at the shared time.
  4. Choose your default availability or custom hours for this event. Save and copy the booking link.
  5. Turning an event off stops new bookings; it does not cancel existing reservations.
Scheduling

Set working hours, buffers, notice, and days off

  1. Open Availability and choose your time zone. Enable the days you want to accept meetings and enter start and end times.
  2. Choose your slot interval, minimum notice, and buffers. Buffers protect time around meetings; slot intervals control the spacing of start-time choices.
  3. Add days off to exclude specific dates.
  4. An event type can use custom availability. Review that event’s hours if its slots differ from your default schedule.
  5. Save and wait for the confirmation before leaving. Busy Google Calendar events also affect available slots.
Booking

Share and check your booking address

  1. Your public link has the format meetsy.me/book/company-name/event-name.
  2. Edit the company booking address in Settings and the event address in Event types. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens.
  3. Each company address must be unique, and event addresses must be unique in that workspace.
  4. Changing either address changes the public link. Update links in your website, email signature, and social profiles.
  5. Guests choose a date, time, and time zone, then enter their contact details. They receive a private booking-management link after confirmation.
Booking

Group sessions and guest limits

  1. A group session is one shared meeting time with multiple individual reservations. A group is not a sequence of one-on-one meetings.
  2. Set the guest limit when editing the group event. Once that session is full, the slot stops accepting bookings.
  3. Review guest names and reservations in Meetings. Hosts receive a notification when a guest books or cancels.
  4. Canceling one guest’s reservation should leave the remaining group reservations intact.
  5. Guests should keep their private management links to themselves.
Booking

View, cancel, or change a booking

  1. Open Meetings and choose Upcoming, Completed, or Canceled. Select a reservation to see its details.
  2. Guests can use their private confirmation link to manage their reservation. Never share that private link publicly.
  3. Cancel a reservation from its details. Check the confirmation before leaving.
  4. If you need a different time, use the booking page to choose an available slot and cancel the old reservation.
  5. Check your connected Google Calendar after changes. If sync fails, reconnect and contact support with the meeting date and public event link.
Emails

Personalize confirmations and reminders

  1. Open Settings → Emails. An active membership is required to edit templates.
  2. Choose Confirmation, Reminder, or Cancellation. Set the subject and message using the supported personalization variables shown in the editor.
  3. For reminders, select how many hours before the meeting to send. A very late booking may be too close for the original reminder time.
  4. Review the guest preview and save. Template changes apply to new bookings.
  5. Hosts receive booking notifications too. A guest’s spam filter or provider may affect delivery; check the email address if a message is missing.
Teams

Invite a colleague to your team

  1. Open Teams and create a team with a clear name.
  2. Enter your colleague’s email and send the invitation. They must sign in with the invited email to accept.
  3. Review pending invitations; revoke an invitation if the address is wrong.
  4. Remove a member when they no longer need access.
  5. Customer teams are separate from the private Meetsy business platform. A team invitation does not grant owner-platform access.
Contacts

Manage contacts and consent

  1. Contacts includes booking guests and contacts you add manually. Search by name or email.
  2. Add accurate names and email addresses, and avoid duplicate entries.
  3. A meeting booking is not permission to send marketing. Mark a contact subscribed only when they have consented.
  4. Update consent when a contact opts out.
Membership

Pricing, renewal, and cancellation

  1. Meetsy membership is $7.99 per seat/month. No hidden fees. No contracts. Cancel anytime.
  2. Use Settings → Membership to choose your total seats, including your own seat, and subscribe through Stripe. Review the final checkout details before paying.
  3. Manage billing opens the secure Stripe portal for invoices, payment details, and cancellation.
  4. Canceling renewal keeps access through the current paid period. Review the end date shown by Stripe.
  5. Payment problems may interrupt membership. Update your payment method through Manage billing.
Teams

Purchase, assign, and remove paid seats

  1. A team owner’s membership includes their own seat. Purchase additional seats in Settings → Membership before teammates accept invitations.
  2. Each teammate uses their own account and email. Pending invitations do not reserve seats.
  3. A teammate accepting an invitation takes an available seat. A person already on a separate paid membership must resolve that membership first to avoid duplicate billing.
  4. Removing someone from every team paid by you releases their seat for reassignment. It does not automatically reduce your purchased quantity or bill.
  5. To reduce your bill, remove assigned members as needed, change total seats in Membership, and review Stripe’s amount and confirmation.
Membership

Discount codes and complimentary memberships

  1. Enter an eligible promotion code at Stripe checkout before confirming payment. Review the discount, total, and duration shown.
  2. Some codes apply to one customer, expire, or have limited redemptions. A code may affect only the first invoice or a defined number of months.
  3. Complimentary memberships show their expiration in Settings → Membership. A lifetime grant has no scheduled expiration.
  4. A complimentary membership does not start a charge when it expires. Start a paid subscription explicitly if you want to continue.
  5. Contact support if an offer does not match what you were promised.
Privacy

Manage cookies and calendar privacy

  1. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of a page to accept, reject, or customize optional analytics and advertising choices.
  2. Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Optional choices are off until selected, and rejecting them does not block scheduling.
  3. No analytics or advertising provider is active yet. Meetsy will identify new providers and ask again before enabling them.
  4. Google Calendar data and guest details are not used for advertising. Cookie consent does not subscribe you to marketing email.
  5. Use Settings → Connections → Disconnect Google Calendar to stop sync. Existing Google events remain. Contact support from your account email for account-data access or deletion requests.
Membership

Add company branding

  1. With active membership, open Settings → Branding.
  2. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo and choose your company color.
  3. Save, then open your public booking link to check its appearance on desktop and mobile.
  4. Use a logo with clear contrast and space around it.
Account

Sign in and recover your account

  1. Use email and password or Continue with Google from the sign-in page.
  2. For email sign-up, follow the confirmation link sent to your inbox.
  3. Use Forgot password to request a reset link. Check spam and use the most recent link.
  4. Never send your password, login code, or payment card details in a support ticket.
Support

Submit a ticket and read our reply

  1. Open Help center and select Your support tickets. You must be signed in to submit a private request.
  2. Choose a topic and impact level, add a short subject, and explain what happened. Include the public page address and steps to reproduce.
  3. Submit the ticket, then return to the conversation to read and send replies. Support replies stay inside Meetsy.
  4. Mark the ticket resolved when the issue is fixed. You can reopen it or reply if you need more help.
