Privacy Policy

Meetsy is operated by Jaxe™ Entertainment, LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit meetsy.me, create an account, connect a calendar, or book a meeting. Contact us at hi@jaxe.co with privacy questions or requests.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email, profile settings, and company branding; scheduling information such as availability, event types, booking details, guest contact information, and meeting notes you submit; team invitations and membership information; and support messages. We also retain records of your agreement to our terms, subscription status, invoices, and operational logs used to maintain and secure the service.

Google sign-in and Calendar

Google sign-in provides account identity information. Connecting Google Calendar is a separate permission: it lets Meetsy read your calendar list and calendar events, check availability, create meeting invitations and Google Meet links, and update or cancel booked events. We store selected calendar identifiers, encrypted authorization tokens, and information needed to keep Meetsy bookings synchronized. Calendar access may include event titles, times, locations, and attendees. We do not request access to read your Gmail inbox or send email from it.

We use Google data to provide scheduling and synchronization features you choose. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. Human access is limited to cases you authorize, security investigations, or legal requirements. Meetsy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How information is used and shared

We use information to authenticate users, provide bookings and calendar sync, deliver confirmations and reminders, manage subscriptions and teams, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand service usage. Booking information is shared with the host and guests as needed for the meeting. In group events, Google Calendar invitations may reveal attendee names and email addresses to other attendees.

Our service providers include Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and Google for connected calendar features. They receive information needed to perform their services. Stripe processes payment credentials; Meetsy does not store your full card number. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Storage and security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and encrypted stored Google authorization tokens. No service can guarantee absolute security. We retain account and booking information while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Cancellation of a paid membership does not automatically delete your account.

Your choices

You can change your profile and availability, manage your subscription, and disconnect your calendar in account settings. You can also revoke access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection; it does not delete meetings already created in Google or booking records in Meetsy.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, contact hi@jaxe.co from your account email or submit an in-app support ticket. We verify requests and explain any records we must retain. Guests can manage a booking using their private confirmation link and can contact the host or us about their information.

Cookies and communications

We use cookies needed for sign-in, security, and remembering your choices. Optional analytics and advertising cookies require your choice in Cookie settings; no optional tracking providers are currently active. We will disclose new providers and request a fresh choice before enabling them. See our Cookie Policy. Booking, support, and billing messages are service communications. With your separate opt-in, we send weekly founder tips and occasional offers, including a limited win-back series after a membership ends. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We record consent, send status, and subscription lifecycle events to manage these messages and understand customer returns. We do not use Google Calendar data to select marketing recipients or track email opens. Manage your choice at /email-preferences. Cookie consent does not authorize marketing email. Do not include sensitive personal information in meeting descriptions or support messages unless it is necessary for your request.

Updates

We publish changes here with an updated date and request renewed acknowledgment when the policy version changes. Material changes to Google data use require appropriate notice and consent before the new use.
