Terms of Service

These terms govern Meetsy, the scheduling service operated by Jaxe™ Entertainment, LLC. By agreeing, you accept these terms for yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent. Questions can be sent to hi@jaxe.co.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use an account you are authorized to control. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You are responsible for your event descriptions, availability, invitations, and the information you submit. Meetsy provides scheduling tools; the host is responsible for delivering the meeting or service offered.

Membership and team seats

Membership costs US $7.99 per seat per month, including the account owner’s seat. One seat covers one user account and one connected Google account. Team owners purchase and assign seats. Creating an account alone does not authorize a charge. Stripe displays the total and any applicable discount before you confirm payment. No hidden fees or minimum-term commitment.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You authorize the recurring amount shown at checkout. Seat changes may create a prorated charge or credit, shown by Stripe before confirmation. Remove assigned teammates before reducing seats below the number in use. Removing a teammate does not itself reduce your purchased seat quantity.

Cancellation, payment issues, and offers

You may cancel anytime through Settings → Membership → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally continues through the period already purchased. Failed or overdue payment may suspend paid features, including public booking availability. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests; any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Coupons and complimentary memberships apply for the duration and eligibility stated in the offer. A complimentary membership does not automatically become paid when it ends. Canceling your subscription does not delete your account, existing meeting invitations, or historical records.

Calendar access and notifications

You choose whether to connect Google Calendar and which calendars to use. Calendar changes and notifications depend on Google, email providers, and network availability; delivery or synchronization may be delayed. Confirm important meeting details directly when necessary. Disconnecting Google stops synchronization. Manage Meetsy bookings through Meetsy so the intended updates reach guests.

Responsible use

Use Meetsy lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate people, upload malicious content, probe accounts without permission, or interfere with the service. Only upload logos and other content you have permission to use. You allow Meetsy and its service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you request. You retain ownership of your content.

Privacy, support, and service changes

Our Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information. Support is available through the help center and in-app ticket system. We may maintain, improve, or modify the service and restrict accounts involved in abuse or security incidents. We will communicate material pricing or terms changes before they apply and seek agreement to updated terms when required.

Meetsy is provided subject to availability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every third-party service will always be available. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
